Payment and Cancellation Policies

CSET tuition includes all instructional materials.
The Center to Support Excellence in Teaching reserves the right to change faculty/staff or cancel programs. In the unlikely event of program changes, the center is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements or other planning expenses incurred.
Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and accommodations for on-campus programs.


Payment or purchase order information must be received within 7 days of registration.
CSET accepts payment by personal check, school/district check, and purchase order.

Cancellation and Refund Requests

Refunds for cancellation are based on the timing of notification to CSET.
Cancellations submitted to CSET by email at least 30 days before the course start date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellation requests received 15-29 days by email before the course start date will be refunded at 50%. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received within 14 days of the program start date.

Substitution Requests

Substitution requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require advance approval.
