Laura Hill-Bonnet

Associate Director

Laura Hill-Bonnet joined CSET in 2022. At CSET, she serves as an Associate Director where she co-leads the center's mission and vision while also leading initiatives that support multilingual k-12 students and early childhood and elementary education. 

Before joining CSET Laura worked in the Stanford Teacher Education Program as a clinical associate in the elementary program and taught courses in Child Development and Language Policy and Practice. She has also worked as a world language and additional language specialist in public elementary schools in North Carolina and California.

Laura received her Ph.D. and M.A. in Comparative Education from UC-Santa Barbara, a B.F.A. in Modern Dance and French from UNC-Greensboro, and teaching credentials from UNC-Chapel Hill (TESOL) and North Carolina Central University (World Language, k-12).
