CSET Cancellation Policy
CSET tuition includes all instructional materials.
The Center to Support Excellence in Teaching reserves the right to change faculty/staff or cancel programs. In the unlikely event of program changes, the center is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements or other planning expenses incurred.
Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and accommodations for on-campus programs.
Cancellation and Refund Requests
Refunds for courses will be made according to the following schedule based on the number of calendar days before the start date of a course delivered at Stanford or online. All drop requests must be received in writing.

The Center to Support Excellence in Teaching (CSET) reserves the right to decline refund requests.
Substitution Requests
Substitution requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require advance approval.
