Emily Reigh is a doctoral candidate in Curriculum and Teacher Education specializing in Science Education.  She was a high school chemistry and physics teacher in the United States and Egypt and also holds an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the American University of Cairo.  She studies classroom discourse and focuses on the best ways to engage students in discussion and argumentation.
